Good to Know
Arrival & Departure
Our rooms and apartments are ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival and are available until 9.30 am on the day of departure. Should you arrive after 8.00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone or e-mail.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the booking price is required for a guaranteed reservation in winter, no deposit is required in summer.
Equipment
Hand and bath towels, tea towels and bed linen are already provided in the apartments.
Breakfast
Breakfast is already included in the room price.
Our apartment guests are welcome to book the breakfast buffet for an additional charge.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our Pension Gabl.
Internet access
Free wifi is available throughout the Pension Gabl.
Children
We are happy to provide cribs and high chairs upon request.
Local tax
The local tax is charged separately for guests over the age of 15 and amounts to € 2.80 per person and day.
Parking lot
A free parking lot is available directly at the house.
Smoking
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the entire Pension Gabl, with the exception of the balconies.
Cancellation
Regulation according to the Austrian hotel conditions:
- Up to 3 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- From 3 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
- In case of no-show: 100% of the booked travel price
As something can always come up and you may not be able to start your vacation as planned, we recommend that you take out travel insurance: www.europaeische.at
Terms of payment
We ask you to settle your bill the evening before your departure.
We accept cash payment (Euro) and EC cards or bank transfer in advance.
In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law (AGBH) apply.
